dotrub Private membership terms.

These terms cover the dotrub Private membership. They sit alongside the dotrub Terms of Service, which continue to apply to everything you do on dotrub.
1. What dotrub Private is
dotrub Private is a paid membership that makes you eligible for members-only areas of dotrub, including Private Offerings published by participating providers, private gallery requests, member-only discovery tools and privacy controls. It is not a separate service, a booking service, or an agreement with any provider.
2. Payment is not access
Paying for a membership gives you a membership. It does not, on its own, give you access to protected content. Access requires an active membership, completed identity verification, confirmation that you are 18 or over, an account in good standing, and no restriction on your account. We check all of this on the server each time protected content is requested.
3. Pricing and renewal
Current prices are shown on the membership page before you pay. Monthly memberships renew every month, the three-month membership renews every three months, and the annual membership renews every year, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change affects your renewal. Promotional prices, coupons and trials apply only when we have configured them.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your membership page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends. We do not delete your dotrub account when a membership ends.
5. Refunds
If your verification is declined and you cannot be made eligible, we refund the membership payment in full. Otherwise, membership fees are generally non-refundable for time already served, except where the law requires a refund or we have made a billing error. We do not refund memberships ended because of a serious breach of these terms.
6. Suspension and removal
We may suspend or revoke Private access for safety, legal or policy reasons — including sharing protected content, harassment, attempts to solicit or arrange unlawful activity, evading a restriction, or fraudulent payments. Where access is revoked for a breach, no refund is due.
7. Your conduct inside Private
Content inside Private is for you alone. Do not copy, screenshot, republish, scrape or resell it, and do not share your account. Everything you send inside Private stays subject to the Private content policy and the community standards.
8. Providers
Publishing Private Offerings is free and optional for providers. Providers keep one profile; Private Offerings are a section of it. Offerings are reviewed against platform rules and may be held for review, paused or removed. Membership fees are paid by members to dotrub and are not payments to any provider.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your membership we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel if you disagree.
