dotrub works because strangers stay accountable. These are the standards everyone agrees to.
Be who you say you are
Verified identity is the foundation here. No impersonation, no borrowed photos, no listings created on behalf of someone who has not verified.
Describe your service honestly
Prices, availability, location and what you actually offer should match reality. Bait listings and hidden fees are removed.
Review from experience only
Write about something that happened. No paid, traded or retaliatory reviews, no reviewing your own listing, no reviews written to punish a competitor.
Respect privacy
Do not publish someone else's phone number, address, workplace, documents or photos without their consent.
No illegal or exploitative activity
Zero tolerance for anything involving minors, coercion, trafficking or violence. Accounts are banned immediately and reported where the law requires it.
Keep it civil
Harassment, threats, hate speech and discriminatory listings are removed.
How enforcement works
Anyone verified can report a profile or a review. Reports go to a moderation queue with a real person behind it. Depending on severity we may hide content, unpublish a listing, suspend an account for a period, or ban it permanently. Providers can dispute a review they believe breaks these rules, and every moderation action is logged.
